Initial Situation:
A renowned bed retailer, which has both its own brands and well-known manufacturers, was in a challenging situation at the start of our cooperation. So far, there has been no focus on PPC (pay-per-click) and a fundamental understanding of the requirements of the Amazon marketplace. This led to continuous problems and declining sales on the Amazon platform.
What We Did:
In close coordination with our customer, we developed and implemented a customized Amazon PPC strategy that was specifically tailored to limited budget resources and product availability. This step should bring about a turnaround.
Results:
The result of our joint efforts was extremely successful. Sales figures were not only stabilized, but also significantly increased, although the product range was more limited compared to before.
The PPC revenue volume of 1.2 million euros achieved for the period from January 2023 to January 2024 was impressive, especially when you take into account the ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales) of just 7.2% and the TACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales) of 1.8%. This shows how effective the implemented PPC strategy was and how it helped to sustainably increase the success of the retail bed store on Amazon. The generated PPC turnover accounted for a full 35% of the total turnover in 2023.
